We have recently knocked through a supporting wall, installed a lintel, plastered and decorated, installed a new kitchen and installed an engineered oak floor to a property in Great Leighs.

Our dream kitchen became a reality once Ashley and his team got to work. From the day they started until they finished the job, they were always on time and always cleaned up before they left. A fantastic team of people who delivered everything we asked for. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ashley Thompson and his team! Paul & Kim Lehman.

We demolished a run down cottage and cleared the site and built a stunning new 5 bedroom detached house.  This is what our customers said:-

We completely refurbished every room of this property (including new sash windows) and also added a side and rear extension with vaulted roofs to form a larger kitchen and new utility room.  We also landscaped the front and rear gardens and decorated throughout.

We completed internal alterations and added a single height extension with vaulted roof (approximately 50 square meters) to this property to form a light and spacious lounge/kitchen/diner incorporating bi-folding doors which open to the full width of the property.

Loft conversion – We completed a loft conversion to create an extra bedroom and ensuite.  We installed a large velux window to allow maximum natural light.  This involved creating a bespoke staircase to the new room.  We also installed a sun tunnel to provide maximum natural daylight to the existing staircase.

Kitchen extension – We stripped out and refurbished an old outbuilding to create a modern style vaulted roof extension to the existing kitchen.

We added a triple height extension to the left side of the property to create a new garage, master bedroom with en-suite and a new room to the attic.   The customer gave us a strong remit to blend the extension in with the existing property.  The interior was completely refurbished and modernised.  We created a new master bedroom with en-suite containing shower, wc, bath and sink.  Landscaped the back garden.

We added a double height extension to the right side of the property to create an additional bedroom and living area.   The interior was completely refurbished and modernised.  We created a 4th bedroom with en-suite containing shower, wc, bath and two sinks, plastering throughout existing property and extension.  We completed internal decoration and tiled the floor thoughout the existing property and new extension with porcelain tiles with underfloor heating.  We also created the base for the sunken spa and a decked area surround.  Finally, landscaping the rear garden.
