We recently converted this outbuilding into disabled habitable accommodation for a customer. This was completed rapidly before the customer was discharged from the hospital.

We recently constructed a new garden pool/gym room in cedar wood with bi-folding doors.

Here are some photos and a video of a garage conversion we recently completed to create a luxury entertainment area for family and friends.

Another great project completed this week on time at the Rose of India in Rainsford Road. We changed the shop front, moving the door completely, in preparation for us to create an external disabled access ramp next week. We removed the older carpet and replaced with new Karndean flooring to give a great new fresh look. They also now have a new fixed seating and a refurbished bar waiting area in just 5 days whilst keeping the restaurant open for business during the evenings.

We added an extension to this house in Writtle to form a new kitchen and bathroom. We built this with a flat roof with three lanterns to create a light and airy feel to the new modern kitchen and bathroom. We laid new underfloor heating to one of the existing rooms and laid timber effect LVT flooring and landscaped the garden forming a new patio area with flower borders.

We have recently completed this complete refurbishment on a property in Emerson Park. We changed the roofs on the rear extensions to create a higher ceiling with roof lantern and bifold doors to let in more light. We removed the existing roof and added a new second floor with bedrooms and bathrooms with dorma windows and completely refurbished the kitchen and bathrooms etc to the inside to create a more modern luxury living space.

We converted the loft to form three habitable rooms and a shower room. The first floor has three bedrooms (one with en-suite, a family bathroom and a laundry room. The ground floor had a large extension added to the rear and was knocked through to form an enormous family living space with kitchen/dining area and a separate living room. The patio was also laid using porcelain tiles.

We have recently completed the adding of a further extension and cart lodge for the new owners of a property we had worked on previously.

We created a ground floor extension to form a larger kitchen and dining area to the rear of the house and built a cart lodge with habitable space on its first floor.

We have recently completed a loft conversion in Emerson Park to create 4 new rooms including a bathroom. This involved removing and replacing the entire roof structure and creating an additional internal staircase. We have also recently landscaped the rear garden to form a patio and block paved the front driveway and surrounded it with a brick wall with railings. We have also recently completed building a separate structure to form a poolside entertainment area and refurbished the pump room for the pool to match.

We carried out internal alterations and renovation to a property in Emerson Park.  This created a new large kitchen and living area incorporating a centrally water fed underfloor heating system and new bi-fold doors to give the luxury kitchen a very light and spacious feel.

 

We demolished a conservatory and built a ground floor extension onto the rear of a property in order to add more space to the existing kitchen.  We then fitted this luxury modern kitchen.

We have completed the shell of this building which will be used as poolside entertainment rooms.  The bi-fold doors have been fitted and over the next couple of months we will be fitting it out with  a hot tub, steam room, changing room area and games area with bar.

We recently laid the base for a spa and constructed surrounding decking and canopy with lighting and heaters to create a luxury garden spa area.

We have completed this ground floor extension and internal alterations to incorporate a new kitchen.  We also landscaped the garden which includes an indian sandstone patio area.

We undertook 4 two bedroom barn conversions in Bulphan, Essex.

 

We opened up the kitchen area, refurbished and redecorated the units and tiled the floor in keeping with the existing style of this country house.

We renovated a 1960’s chalet bungalow and added a double height extension to form a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury house.  This included a very spacious kitchen area with roof lantern and bifold doors to allow views of the newly landscaped garden.  We started by preparing the ground to form a piling mat for the 20 piles required.

We built a large ground floor and also double height extension to a farm house in Purleigh.

The large ground floor extension has bi-fold doors to form a sunroom which includes a large family kitchen.  The double height extension added a lounge on the ground floor and an additional en-suite bedroom on the 1st floor.

We built this beautiful 5 bedroom house in Springfield, Chelmsford.

We have recently completed a loft conversion in Old Moulsham for one of our repeat customers.  This will form two bedrooms with an ensuite and encompasses a juliet balcony and velux windows in the roof to capture maximum natural light.

We have recently completed a loft conversion, extension and refurbishment (including new windows, underfloor heating, bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and decoration) of a luxury 6 bedroom house in Little Baddow.

We recently completed building a new build 3 bedroom detached bungalow in Bowers Gifford.  Photos of the finished front of the bungalow will be uploaded soon.

We recently added an extension with vaulted ceiling, incorporating Velux roof lights, to add a light and spacious family room which included a utility room and kitchen. The kitchen is hand made in solid ash and a porcelain stone floor was laid throughout.
